Abe Lincoln Jr. Graffiti Article from the Palo Alto Weekly 1986

I cut my teeth back in the early 80s, skateboarding and listening to hardcore. Heres an article documenting my early works with aerosol. And the last time I spent a considerable amount of time using aerosol as a major medium in my work until the past couple years. The Stanford Professor comes off like a total douche... Anyways these are my humble Suburban roots in all their finery hehe. I dont think theres even any pics of my work in the article (which looking back i dont mind so much :D)

Detail Shot of Abe Jr's new Can You Feel It? Skate Deck on my #artsprojekt store

I'm really starting to get the hang of being on the Artsprojekt crew. One of the best things about it is that you can do "small run" stuff thats seasonal, and keep it on for a limited time and then pull it when you're done. This is the detail of my Can You Feel It - Holiday 2009 Edition. A little missle toe and a hang tag dangling from the o in fuck you that reads:

Forgotten NY reps my postal posters!

My friend Charles Hanson hipped me to the fact that Forgotten NY has some of my posters up from some DUMBO shennanigans a while ago. FNY compared my characters to the Funny Face drinks from the 60's - 70's. I admit Funny Face are some of my favorite characters from my youth :)
